Exercise of the Week: PJR Pullover (Tricep Pullover)

Unlike the regular skullcrushers the PJR pull-over requires you to have the dumbbells way behind your head. As result the angle formed between your armpit/upper arm and torso is larger than 90 degrees.

Basically, you set up the same as a straight arm pullover with your dumbbells way back there are you pull it up with your triceps to your head level.
